We are from rural SA. We were worried about getting our flooring from interstate. We had it here in just over a week. Their service from the start was excellent, giving us great advice before purchasing. The flooring looks amazing, we could not be happier.

Incredible customer service from start to finish, including the delivery company who were amazing! Prompt delivery and the flooring was packaged fantastic and we can’t wait to get it laid. In all absolutely great and I 100% recommend to everyone!!

The service provided by everyone I spoke with was excellent. From the salesman that recommended the flooring, to the delivery driver, it has been a great end to end experience! The salesman was so knowledgeable that he knew by name the flooring I needed to match what I had in my home. The delivery driver was so friendly and patient and took the time to assist in unloading and reloading and unloading again due to the pallet getting stuck. Then when there was an issue with another commercial courier (I ordered an extra two cartons), it was resolved quickly and efficiently with personal and friendly service. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Easy process with great staff at OFS. Ordering was easy with Clem and the delivery guys stacked all the boxes neatly in the garage. Still got to do the scotia but we are super happy with the look.
